Which Mounting Bracket??

I'm going from a Motorguide X5 to a Minn Kota Terrova. I'd like to 1) use same holes already drilled and 2) slide tm back 4-6" for cover.

What bracket should I be buying? I thought it was the MKA-47, but that has been discontinued.

I use the R&R Design sliding bracket. I switched to it from the MKA bracket. It is much more precision made, and way easier to use.

Thanks. I just called them. I also think I found a discontinued MKA-47 bracket.

The MKA 47 works, but you have to align the holes each time you retract or extend the bracket, so that you can screw in the bolt to hold the bracket. The r&r has positive stops, and a spring loaded bolt to hold it in place. Much easier to use.
