Looking for new gauge package.

I have a 2017 RT 198 P with a 150 HO G1 Evinrude, hyd. jackplate and a powerpole. My question is how do I keep an accurate record of engine hours, engine trim position and jackplate position. Is there a different gauge package for Evinrude? Is there a depth finder package that will display this info?

I would post this in the evenrude forum. This is really an engine question and not that many folks in this forum run them.
