From the looks of the weights in the Just Fish'n Big Bass Tournament going on today the weights are down a bit. A 3.61 won the first hour with a 2.63 taking 5th place. It's still a beautiful place to fish though!!
On edit 2.62 won the 9-10 hour and 2.28 was 5th.....

Is Washington state park ramp usable with water level down?
Should be just fine. The dock may not be usable though and you might have to beach your boat to get in and out.
Dock at Washington County is ok. When the lake is fully drawed down Washington County and 421 Bridge ramps are the only two usable.
