2017 250 proxs alternator gone at 2.5 hrs

Pretty sure my alternator is gone at 2.5 hrs. Won’t go above 11.5 when running with a full charged deka intimidator 31 series. Verified fusable link is fine. Checked power at red key off and purple key on. Sn 2B231304
worked fine Sunday morning showed 14.4 when running after lunch gave me low voltage alarms and reduced power. Gauge shows 12.4 on initial startup and goes to 11.5 when running at any rpm. Anything else I should check? Also verified all fuses were good

Fuse link is obviously the most common problem, and can be tricky to check. Verify the actual voltage at the large red terminal of alternator with engine running (can verify from that).

also look for a red wire up by the oil pump- has a male and a female bullet. They MUST be connected to each other (sometimes accidentally pulled apart in rigging).

beyond that, I would let the dealer handle it.
