    Highest Pitch?

I'd like to see who's using a Prop with Highest Pitch on what Boat/Motor? Top Speed?

No rhyme or reason for asking, just for tickles.

I run 27-30P, But that's nothing compared to the Stroker Yamaha guys. Many Merc guys run smaller props and more rpms as the motor allows.

30 Bravo turning to 6000-6100 getting a lot of slip. Have an over the hub 30 Signature going to try next. 27 Fury all around prop gets me 84 with 2 people tourney loaded.

I am currently trying a Mark Croxton Razor4XL in 28 pitch, no final results yet, but promising. I also have owned 28 BravoI, 26 RakerII, 27
Turbo TXP, 27 Mazco 4 blade, TXP OT4 in 27, Tempest 25", 27" and a few others. Bottom line is my set up likes large hub, 4 blade, long barrel cupped 28 pitch vented props best. Fastest my boat ever ran was 79.1 GPS the first day the 250HO was installed using a 27 TXP vented 3 blade, but had no hole shot.

In cool weather I ran a 27 Tempest plus worked by Propeller Dynamics to 74.5 Mph, 2004 Stratos 195 ProXL with 200 HO DFI and lightning gearcase. Run a magnum case now and lucky to hit 70!

I ran 97 mph in my Stroker 250XS with 1.62 gears and a 32" double cupped big ear chopper. I know others who have run a 34" Bravo with similar setups.

30" Bravo on the rev limiter (6150 rpms)...89.3 mph. Still perfecting the set-up and then the rev limiter is getting cut so we can really see what she's got.
96 Bullet 20cc, Yamaha OX 250+, 10" jack, labbed 30" Bravo LH w/1.25" exhaust pipes, counter rotating Bob's lower, it goes faster when you spin it the other way...
