    Blanch field Army hospital at FT Campbell, audiology clinic

    Got a huge thank you today. One of my hearing aids stopped working so I went to drop it off to be sent back to the company. Usually they just take it or make me an appointment to come back. Not today! The receptionist took the device and went to the back. A few minutes later he came out with a working hearing aid. He replaced the wire that went bad. Now I can hear again. I shook his hand and thanked him for taking the time to get me sorted out without an appointment.

    The audio at the Hickory VA Clinic is like that too. The eyeglass people are great too,(it's been contracted out). The rest pretty much sucks.
