Stratos 176 xt help

Buddy has 2007 176xt Yamaha 60 fourstroke high thrust model has 2:32lower unit power tech 13 1/4 x 13 .
Boat gets on plane does ok but just is slow 29mph gps motor all way down on transom . What hole or prop to bottom should it be set at? Also when raising motor what do we torque bolts at?
know someone has one of these need help.

when the motor is all the way down on the transom that is meant for heavy hauling if you want top speed raise it up on the transom. i myself have a 2007 176xt with a yamaha 70 i get about 40mph with my set up
