National boat covers. I received one for my Ranger 521vx and it works Great, I don't travel with it on, but then again I never travel with the boat cover on.

+1 on Aurora. Takes several weeks but it is worth it IMO. I have the marine fabric and definitely notice that it does "breath". I think that is super important to keep moisture issues at bay.

30x15 heavy duty tarp - covers most 20 foot boats and the entire trailer and most of the wheels - you can get about 9 months out of one and your boat will be bone dry and protected! Total spend about $60.00

I've gotten a couple from boatcoversdirect.com and have been happy but I don't trailer with them. Cheapest ones are around $350

If you plan on keeping the boat 10 - 15 years or more spend the money on a top of the line cover, the bottom line will equal out and your frustrations will be less.

    Hey there Basshaker -

If you're still on the prowl for a boat cover, I just may be able to help you out! My name is Shannon with Boat Covers Direct and we are a proud sponsor of the BBC forum. We offer custom and semi-custom boat covers by 3 of the most respected cover manufacturer's in the industry: Carver, Westland, and ShoreTex. Is your boat the 1998 Ranger R93 as indicated in your signature? Does your boat have a trolling motor? Is the outboard motor mounted directly on the transom, or possibly on a jack plate?

I'm happy to help you find the best cover for your boat and also offer an additional 10% off the online prices for being a BBC Member! Let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks
    Shannon

Aurora still water tight there after 15 years and you leave it out every day of the year /snow rain etc?? If so that is definitely impressive !
