Bought a 99 tr21 225 3.0 someone took jack plate off and trimmed the prop edges 4 blade 25 pitch really not sure what pitch it really is. Can't get on plane what plate and prop.

My 2000 tr21 had a 225 rfi. Came with a 6" jackplate and a 25 pitch trophy.
You want an 8" plate and a 25" trophy that you know is good. Set it at 2 1/2" under pad.
