Tire wear on 2012 ez loader trailer

2012 ez loader trailer under my legend 211 is wearing the front tires. When I got it the passenger front inside was badly worn but was choppy so I assumed it was a broken belt. I put the spare on. Now I'm finding my driver side front doing same thing and the passenger is beginning to show signs again. Rear tires look good. What are my options

First, make sure your trailer is towing level.

Next, jack it up and check for excess bearing play in the front wheels.

If those are good, you likely have bent spindles or the whole axle. You can measure the alignment to try to figure out what is going on.

Had the same thing but on all 4 tires...just replaced all 4 tires with a Goodyear Endurance load range D. Finger crossed that the tires were just overloaded.

Unlikely. Even a load range C tire on a tandem can handle more than a 7,000lb rig. No bass boat would be much more than half that on the trailer.
