30+ lbs? They must have left the big 3 1/2 in blade baits in their bellies...

Dang! We fished all over that lake this weekend and while I got a new personal best 6 pound 4 ounce smallie, we only got four fish in two days!

Quite possibly the best two fisherman on the lake. Did you try Mitchell's Bay? That's a subtle hint for ya!

My typical decision making...we fished Stoney point to the belle on fri and got skunked, so we hit firecracker and got my big one and one more little guy, so guys catching them every once in a while, so decided to leave, my buddy suggested Mitchell's Bay but we decided it was a pretty far run considering our luck the day before and we had never fished that part of the lake...guess I should have gone with his idea. Oh well.
