Currently using an nrx 843 for medium wire 3/8 swim jigs was thinking about looking into a little long rod with possibly a little softer tip anyone have any recommendations on the best Rod like that I use 15lb Tatsu thanks in advance for any advice.

The NRX 843 is an excellent swim jig rod indeed. If you want something else higher end and exactly what you're looking for based on your description, the 2017 Megabass Destroyer Javelin F5-75X is an ideal choice. This incredibly versatile rod has really been great with swim jigs too...
.
EMTF
Agreed, the XX Extreme Mission Type F is great, and I've used it a lot for swim jigs, the Javelin just kicks it up a notch

I have a XX Diablo Spec-R paired with a Steez SV TW dedicated to swim jigs. I can throw that rig all day and often do.

Another awesome swim jig rod in the XX line up. I was tossing swim jigs today with the Steez SV TW, a ZPI PG Spool, on the Destroyer Daemos, fantastic!!
.
Tried my black elseil today with a swim jig today for the first time felt faster than nrx 843 is the Diablo spec r more moderate than than black elseil?
I like nrx 893

I really like the xx emtf. Its a do it all long rod
NRX 853, 854 and 893.... all will do the trick
I'm currently using a GLX 893 for that task , have used NRX 853, 854 , EMTF, and destroyer Javelin. all very nice tools for swim jigs although I prefer using the longer rods
If you don't want to spend a lot of money and still get a great rod try a All Star 6ft 10in med heavy. It's what i use and it does a great job and it's less than a 100.00 bucks. A few of my friends tried it and now they own one. I also use it for other things as well. Good luck on your venture.
XX Diablo Spec R and the Destroyer Daemos are worth a look. Diablo is a bit slower. The Daemos is great for so many baits - probably anything in its weight range except crankbaits. the 843 NRX might be a bit light if tossing around cover.

ive never fished the elseil but my 843 feels faster than my diablo so id say yes.
Anyone know how the spec r compares to the falcon cara swim jig Rod?
Before you make your decision, take a look at the Falcon Bucco Swim Jig rod. Very versatile rod.
I use a Dobyns champion XP 735. Perfect imo...
Megabass Orochi XX Diablo Spec R & love it!!!
