Like no other!!!
Have an issue with my es127 touch screen. Went on line Tuesday to Raymarine and filled out the forum. Wednesday got an email with a scan code for the return. Boxed it up and took it to a FedEx office location, where they scanned it and printed a shipping label. Friday at noon I got a email saying they received my unit and will be shipping my unit out shortly.

I love their customer service, just being able to actually pick up a phone and talking to a real person is great and rare.
