Had my last club tourney of the year Sunday. Nice foggy start to the day so thought there would be a good top water bite but nothing. Bite was terrible. Took me all day to get five and they were all rats for a total weight of 5.85.
If I had to go back it would have to be a search for smallies. There was a TON of bait in the lake so I would think smallies would be your best chance at a limit and then go to the trees to try and upgrade.
