    Angola Area Lodging

    Guys,
    I'm heading up that way for a few days for some fishing and was wondering if you had any recommendations of motels that are fishermen and boat friendly. I will need to charge every night. Also are there any to avoid. I did a little looking and only outside entrance motels really close are the Travelers Inn and Redwood Inn. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    If the travelers inn is located on SR 120 I would avoid it. Not a bad area, just a dive. I do not know much about the redwood.

    Our club stayed at the Redwood Inn back in August for a tourney. total of 10 boats. No issue backing up to your room to plug in. The rooms were clean and more than adequate. You also have various food choices close by with a couple of truck stops for ice, water,etc.
