    1995 R72 transom

Can anybody tell me definitively if the transom or stringers have any wood in them? Even if it is "composite" Also is it a stable platform when fishing

    thanks,
    Mark

I had a 97 R71 and I'm almost certain that my deck was wood glassed in. I don't believe the Transom had any wood. The boat is very fishable. I only fished the lake I live on and it's a small lake and had no problems. I ran across a R 91 at a very good price or I would still have the boat. I sold it to a guy on the other end of the lake and it's still going strong.

Stringers and transom are pultruded fiberglass. Deck plywood encased in glass.
