That's odd that you've had problems with Invizx. I use Seagar Invizx on 90% of my rods and never had an issue. I use 12# Invizx on all my cranking rods (deep, mid, & shallow), and 15#-20# Invizx on my Tx Rig & jig rods. I buy it in 1000yrd spools. Although I do have Sunline SuperSniper on a couple of rods, and its awesome line as well!

x2 on the McCoy's Mean Green. I switch between that and Invisx depending on whether I need to get cranks deeper or shallower at a given time of year. Never had problems with the Invisx as the OP says he had. I once got a spool of 15# Seagar Senshi in a gift pack a while back. Really like that line too. Use it to launch 8XD's!

I use 20-30# power pro or 832 braid for deep diving crankbaits. I have never broke off on a cast or a fish.

But it sounds to me that you've got guide problems fraying your line. No fishing line is gonna fray and break that often without some other factor playing a role in it...
