knowing it......so i heard this 1 beep then it staled......ooppps switched it back were good.

Doubt it, not enough smarts in the motor or the boat for that.
There's a diagram on the gunnel. ..its the beeps for low oil and stuff.

When you turn the ignition key to on, does the horn make one chirp or beep? This tells you the horn is working. If you start to run out of fuel or have low fuel pressure, the horn should sound off continuous, not just a single beep.
I just had a beep short maybe longer but that's it and then it started to die, who nows
maybe that was the beep for no fuel also and after I switched everything was fine. coincidence maybe
Why is it that you guy's get on this forum when you have a problem, but just can't seem to answer the simplest of questions? You have Johnson and Evinrude master techs and others with real hands on experience here trying to help. I am asking myself why! This boat and motor seems new to you, sometimes when the warning horns stop working when they are supposed to it will just be a single beep and then they don't work. I was only trying to find out if your horn is working now. Have a good day.

no just a low oil beep......ill check again.
