    Water pressure gauge.

Why is the water pressure gauge 0-50?
Seems it would be much more useful 0-20.
I can barely tell if the water pump is doing it job at idle, I might get 3 psi with the new water pump. and never get past 14 psi in cruise.
    is this normal?

Well I'm with you on a 0-35psi gauge being more usefull but, I suppose 50 lets a guy see when there is a major issue, cold seizure isn't any good

1-3 psi is normal idle water pressure.

I understand your thought process and I solved it by getting a Mercmonitor (Level 1). It will give you all you want and more!
