Fished from 54 bride down to LORA. Peanut butter jelley jig was the bait of the day. It was a slug fest. Fished from 8am until 5 pm. Caught a few off a blue back chartreuse belly crankbait. 10 fish, my partner lost 5 at the boat on his jig, dull hook, so 15 if you count those. Nothing of real size other than three pounder lost at the boat . . 10 foot of water is where they were caught. Not quite in the back of creeks yet. No rhyme or reason to where they were at. Some came off of wood, same came out of "open water" near wood. Bait fish are still at the mouth of the creeks a few balls of baitfish were in the back of the creeks or half way to the back. Which is probably why the bite was tough, or I just sucked today.
