721 & 920 length on trailer

Are the length on trailer measurements for the 721 and 920 on the phoenix site accurate or are they off a little bit? I like the width of the 920 but at the listed length it will borderline fit in my garage.
If the 721 is really 2" shorter on the trailer it would give me a little room for error. Throw in the price point plus the smidge of extra length and I may go that way.

The 721 was right on. I have about 3 inches of clearance

I'm in the same boat as far as garage space. Anyone know the exact measurement of a 920 with a sho?
