Gun Control..... Is hitting your target every time
I'm a bit north of you in Prince William County, I can't remember the company but I remember the price quote - $2000. I was referred to this company by the guys at Harbin Marine, my advice try to find someone in the Richmond area, Northern Virginia is always going to be WAY expensive.
In the end I did it myself, probably spent about $600 for the carpet, glue, various materials and tools I didn't have, took about 60 man hours for my TR-21. Will NEVER to it again - what a WHUGE pain, came out great though.
