    Question Correct time

    Why won't my Lowrance HD-9, Gen 3 keep the correct time? This one is on the bow and is networked with the one on the console which I don't display the time on. I can set it and it's incorrect, by a lot, the next day. I power it down after use, but doesn't it have an internal battery for such functions?

    Humminbird unit with GPS get the time from the GPS satellites and time zone setting ... Don't know how Lowrance does it.
