Got my Croxton Razor4 on tonight! TR21x 250 hpdi

Took a few weeks to get but worth the wait.
Went out tonight, and I don't think I went slower than 50 mph! LOL!
This prop loves to corner hard too!
25 pitch Croxton Razor 4...14.5X25STRAIGHT is what it says on it.

So far only up to 65 mph at 5700 rpm. Having a hard time relaxing behind the wheel. Lots of trim left and prop to pad is at 2-3/4" below. Scared of chime walk! LOL! I'll get used to it yet!
Dropped the wife off at the dock and she filmed a pass and at 63mph the boat is still in the water big time....

It has 8 pvs holes, two I plugged (away from gearcase and opposite sides). I notice at around 4200-4300 rpm there is sometimes some surging I didn't have before...prop slipping and grabbing? Does it need any changing to the PVS plugs?

Boat is new to me this summer, and it had a beat up 27M on it...at 61mph or so the boat didn't feel good.

    04 TR21x with 250 HPDI and 10" hydraulic plate....

    Thoughts are appreciated!
