    2018 Crestliner 1850 Fish Hawk

Just sharing my new rig, a 2018 Crestliner 1850 Fish Hawk. Its powered by a 150 Mercury 4 Stroke along with a 9.9 Pro Kicker. Electronics include a Minn Kota Ultrex 80 (60") Ipilot Link and a Humminbird Solix 12 Mega. Some of the options I chose were vinyl flooring, the flip down rear seats for a larger casting deck, and of course the Mad Fish Graphics (I was concerned it might be cheesy at first, but I really do like it).

I've taken it out to 5 times so far, to local lakes Pine Flat Lake and San Luis Reservoir. It has handled very well in choppy waters (1-2.5 footers), is stable for 4 angles to walk around while fishing with no issues, has ample room, and drafts low enough not to be bothered too much by wind. So far, the boat has been a great tool for multiple types of fishing (trolling for striped bass and pitching/flipping for bass).

Great looking rig, congratulations. Did you specify the tandem trailer?

I forgot to add that, but yes I did. I believe tandems bounce less and the galvanized units maintain their ugly looks forever as opposed to a painted trailer rusting and becoming ugly.

My trailer's galvanized too. It's a trailer, don't understand the need for it to be "pretty"!

Love those boats. I have a 1750 fish hawk. If a 1850 was available I would probably still have it. Good choice.

if it handled well on san luis reservoir, that is a good sign. I launched there once, there for a total of 6 hrs. cussing the wind for at least 4! world record stripers in there, but if I go back, it will be in a rig like yours! congrats!

Thanks. Yes, I used to have a Skeeter SL 210 and took it to San Luis multiple times with no issues until I went on a day with super wind and waves. The rolling waves came over the bow and running 5-10mph through it was ridiculous with a bass boat hull. Scared the crap out of me and I never took it back there. That is one of the main reasons why I chose a multi-species deep-v. The Fish Hawk handled 1-2.5 footers and wind easily at San Luis. I believe I made the correct choice in this boat.

Nice Rig. I have seen several out on the water this summer in Ontarios lakes in Canada. They are great looking boats.
