I have it set 3 1/2 inchs below pad I am running a 26 RX 4 with two people full tank of gas and the live wells full it want come out of the hole any suggestions.

Don't fill both live wells. Get a three blade prop. Cut some gas holes in your existing prop. Does it blow out or just lug? Get a smaller partner.

It does not blow out act like the prop is to big for the motor want turn fast until lays down you are right need smaller partner

If it bogging down it needs more venting. Does that prop have adjustable vents or not. If not send it to a prop guy and have PVS vent holes bored in it so you can adjust the venting on take off. How many rpm's can you turn the 26" prop at WOT now? It could be you need a 25" prop but it sounds like a venting problem.

sending prop to prop shop for more vent holes then I will try I again Had holes drilled in prop like a new motor jumps out of the hole and did not hurt top end.
