2012 Mercury Optimax 115HP

I am looking at a used boat that has a 2012 115HP Mercury Optimax on it.

The motor only has 10 hours on it, should I be concerned since its probably on the original tank of gas.
There are small white specs on the inside of the fuel fill tube where you put gas in the boat.

The dealer took me for a short drive and it seemed to run with no issues. I know the fuel rails and injectors are very expensive to repair on these and wanted to get some opinions from other BBC users on this. (Should I Run or Should I Buy)

The hours are from the Mercury Smart Craft Gauge Readout on the dash.
