If you have a tight budget c&o might not work for you. They didnt for me. Ive had good luck with Dean's top and canvas. Might want to think about getting your old ones redid.
Bassboatseats.com has a good selection at reasonable prices.
I would agree, bassboat seats is probably your best best and I believe we get a discount for being a member. C&O is way over priced
