    26 fury 4 vs x bravo

I'm currently running a 26 pitch Fury 4 on a verado at 6325 RPM but looking to go to a Bravo and keep similar rpms so wondering if I need to go to a 27 or 28 pitch as ive been told bravo light on pitch. Thank you.

Keep in mind that odd pitch bravo 1s are actually one pitch lower with added tip cup. (No idea how they got away with that.) So a 27 bravo is really a 26 pitch with added tip cup to bring rpms down. I would think a 28 bravo would get you in the 62-6300 range. Fury is a stiff prop in general.

Why are you changing from the Fury 4 to a Bravo since the Fury 4 will normally be faster and most people like it as much or more than a Bravo

Talked to a few people and on the verado the fury is usually not preferred and on my hull it is considered a poor prop choice by those I spoke with.

What kind of numbers are you getting from the fury 4 on your boat now? I would think the biggest problem is that Verado hanging on the rear.

I can get into the mid 70's 75-76 fully loaded with 3 guys (one on front deck) but the issue is when I run 2 guys in the seats it walks too bad. I think the issue is the hull likes 1" prop to pad and lower unit will not allow it until I plug top 4 holes of the water intake so plan to try that this weekend.
