You need to rebuild your drain valve

Wow, boat has 6 hours on it and from the research I just did sounds like you are right

As awesome as this rig is, that's a major design flaw...

You can shoot water in from the back to wash out any trash that may be in the valve....if that doesn't work, plug the hole at the rear of the boat. Only other option is replace valve.

Seems I remember several besides the plug hole, which one do you shoot the water through? Or is there only one more?

I wouldn't think the valve would be bad after 13hr but who's to say

Another common problem is the threaded part of the cable behind the drain switch breaks and when you rotate the lever the whole cable moves and not just the inner cable therefore the valve is not actuating. When mine broke there was still enough threads left to get the nut on enough to work.

Bullet uses a simple ball valve, it's either open or closed...no rubber flaps like the flow rite valve.....sounds like your cable has come off the valve arm or the arm is broke.

My last 21xrd had a broken valve straight from the factory. I had pulled the tank before ever rigging the boat and discovered it as I was finishing up my livewell mods. The factory sent me a new valve.

Doesn't help you, but Bullet has done away with the livewell drain valve on the new boats. Plug only now.

This is not correct. I have a 2017 21SDC and it has the same exact valve and switch my 2009 21RDC had.

Well, when I was at the plant last month, Tom said they were doing away the the livewell control valve. All the boats sitting there did not have one. Maybe it's on the 2018 models.
