Trying to get Lowrance waypoints into a Mega unit

First of all I'm not a computer wiz! I need to get waypoints out of a Lowrance and then into a Mega unit. So far I do have the info off the Lowrance on an SD card. Had looked on YouTube and there is a vid by Humminbird TV that makes things look simple. It seems that info may be outdated with the new units? The info is some different. Unable to get things to work as put into n that video. Also talked to Brian at BBMarine and he tells me some are using a program called babble. Have looked at that but it's not getting thru to me. Anybody give me some help?

If you get them out of an hds you can make them gpx right out of the lowrance and go straight in a solix or onix.
