    Good Push pole

    Wood Closet Rod from Home Depot or Lowes. Usually like 1.5" D x 8' L, under $20, and it floats...

    Look on Tackle Warehouse. They had an interesting collapsible one reasonably priced. its called SuperStick Push Pole

    If you don't mind spending $'s,the Stiffy push pole is what the saltwater guides and some bass Pro's use

    I've got the Superstick push pole ,it collapses to 6' extends to 12' fits in the rod locker and is very well made! Google it.

    An 8 or 10 foot pole you cannot break that will last 4ever is under $80...
    I have had one for 2 years...got me off logs and such plus can push along as u wish...
