    pole not going down

    2 new poles,were working great,now only one goes down,when hit button.the fluid is full.the pump makes funny noise when lowering,,i can turn off main switch a few times and it will start working..let it sit awhile will quit working again...only been deployed about 30 times...thanks

    Does this happen with all of the switches? May need to reprogram the remote/pump.

    Sounds like a board issue, call powerpole have them run a diagnostic thru the app. They will fix you up.

    Sounds funny makes me think board issue. But I kinda feel like you may have a weak/ corroded switch that isn't making a good connection.

    I ruled out the corroded connection as he said they were new, so assuming its a new install wouldn't think would be any corrosion but stranger things have happened. Im leaning towards a board, as its intermittent. Try reprogramming remotes first as suggested as it is the easiest thing to try.

    ok,refilled reservoir,powered off and on..kept pushing down button..got it to start working again...was no fluid leak anywere..so don't know why was low...seems I reprimed the fluid..and works now...

    glad you seem to have it working, however in your first message you said the fluid was full? last message you said you refilled leading me to believe it had little to no fluid in the pump. . my first diagnosis would have been low fluid however because you stated it was full i had to rule that out.

    Took to dealer,said pump was bad.....ended up controlboard
