pricing question for ya...
so my buddy wants to upgrade his power poles to the new 8ft blades...already talking to a biat i want to buy is old ones with brackets.. problem is, niether one of us wants to make the other mad and not sure what they are worth... they are on a 2011 basscat, so i assume they are 2011 model poles.. have the older pump set up.. i'm not sure what model. they just say "power pole" not blade or sportsman , pro etc... they are not beat up, but have been used... so with, all that being said what is a fair price for both parties.. and go.. thank you in advance

Just an idea... but.
After you both do your research, you each submit your best offer/bid in sealed envelopes. You give the envelopes to a trusted third party.
He/She looks at the two prices, and splits the difference. He/She gives each of you, in front of each other, the "split price" in writing in an envelope. Both of you look at the "new price" and either agree to it, or not.
No nasty negotiating. No side-comments. No justifying your or his price.
Might work.
