I'm pretty sure Garmin's mapping team are the laziest mf'ers ever. For instance, they added 1' contours to a local lake that's like all of 30-40 acres, powerless and closed on Monday's. I only know of one club that fishes there on Thursday nights since that's the only time anyone is given permission. Great job Garmin! Map a large pond no one fishes.

Meanwhile, High Rock, only about 30 minutes away from the lake above, where a classic was held, FLW, ABA and BFL events are held and numerous clubs fish still goes unmapped. GENIUS!

What is the name of this large pond? Chances are, data for this pond was sourced (obtained or purchased from another entity) and not actually surveyed by the Garmin mapping team. So if 1-foot contours are available, why wouldn't the mapping data be included?
