Just got a boat. It's an 09 been sitting for 3 years. When I got the boat the fuses, 25 and 15.....(ill show in picture along with serial #) werr blown. Changed em out, everything seemed to work. Would turn over and everything just wouldn't start. Found the hp fuel pump was shot. Now it keeps blowing the 15 amp fuse and won t crank....any thoughts.
