I wanted to clarify the warranty / repair policy and procedure. For any claims, follow the link below. This will direct you to a "in warranty repairs" or "out of warranty repairs". Also, please keep all serial numbers on file - if you call in, that's the quickest way for anyone to locate your repair. Name is also good, but serial number trumps all.
