    Damn that must be one strong bracket and unit! If it still works then that is a good selling point for a Talon. "Not only will it hold your boat in strong current it will tear your garage down if you forget to lower the bracket"

    Worked perfectly the next day... Put a new top plate on in later in the week.. Can't hardly tell it happed with the exception of a few scuffs on the front edge just below the plate....

    DAYUM SON! Happened to me with my power poles last month! Knocked my whole genie garage opener light thing clean off the hinges, lol. Luckily, no damage to pole though. I also knocked my OnStar antenna off my lifted truck backing out wrong. Have to be aligned just right to make it.

    Hell...check the transom. All that torque on the transom from the pressure on that bracket. Something other than the drywall had to give....lol.

    I took a piece of 2 x 4 and wrote "Unplug Charger and Talons Down" in magic marker. I leave on the deck as a reminder to do both.
