Update on the new Helix 10 Mega I sent in last week. HB customer service stated the main board in the unit was bad from the factory and they replaced it. They also updated the software and is due to ship out today. I was very unhappy about a brand new unit out of the box being defective but I am very pleased and satisfied with the customer service and support I received from HB.
