    Mounting rod straps on deck

    Has anyone installed a rod strap on the front deck of a Eagle 176? Looking at mounting the foot pedal to the trolling motor as well. Kicking around some ideas before placing a order.

    I have a dlx model, added the bungee type holders. Vynil floor. I used self tapping screws.
    Also cut in a recessed tray. Those things are well worth the money!

    What size plano boxes fit in the tray storage area in the back of the boat?

    I don't have the tray storage area. Does it say on g3's site? If not, email them.

    It shows a picture of tray storage but I can't tell exactly what size boxes they are using.
