2003 Ranger 195VS Asking again

I have a 2003 Ranger 195VS. 2011 Evinrude Etec 200HO
3.5" under pad
6" TH Marine manual Jack Plate used to get close to 70mph GPS(and over)
24" raker II


Have added
two 10' Blade PowerPoles
4th battery - 36 volt Ultrex

So performance has dropped, That's okay
Time to refurbish my Propeller

Just think with added weight a new or different propeller would work better that current.
don't want to spend money on repairing a prop that I could put towards a propeller that would get back some of the performance that I lost.
