    Helix 7 SI G2

    Does this unit have a limit in depth when using DI?
    I get black screened at 50' but it works fine at anything shallower.

    You're having the same problem I did! The brain trust here at BBC informed me that it was operator error and one quick trip to the lake proved that they were right. The DI will only show to whatever depth your SI range is set too. I'd bet if you check your SI screen you'll find that you have it set to show 50' out each side of the boat. If you increase that SI range setting then you'll find that your DI range will increase as well.

    Ah, that makes sense, that is what I have it set to is 50' SI.
