If you are single, have no kids, and no complicated family stuff the uslegalforms or legalzoom are just fine. If you are married and have kids I would see an attorney who specializes in the stuff in you state. That is what I did. When I was single I used a state-specific will from uslegalforms. After I was married for a couple of years we had a death in the family and seeing how that played out made us go a different route. We went the attorney route and I am happy we did. I learned a lot from the consultation with the attorney. When you die, the will speaks for you. The more complicated your situation the more important it is to have it clearly outlined what will happen.
