    Wow! Expensive

I accidently stepped on the TM switch after seating the TM on the deck and the prop whacked the black plastic horn/light unit. it destroyed the horn, but not the bow plug for the red/green running light. The horn is funky anyway, but I thought if I sell the boat, make everything work. That horn/light black unit on the bow of my 2002 pro175 is $125. Holy cow! Easy to install though.

Can you just swap it out for a light without the horn?

No can do. It is one unit, part horn and part light socket.
