When his health got real bad with congestive heart failure was supposed to stay quiet and not go outside. He would sneak out to his shop and just play with his tools until my Mom would come out and make him come inside. One day my Mom found him out in his shop, he had passed away where he loved being most. It is so sad that so many people that had so much to contribute to this world when they were young are put away to die in some rest home when their minds and bodies can no longer keep up.
    Thanks for sharing that.

    Great video..
It reminds me of when my dad had to give up off road motorcycle riding...He was in his 60s and cancer was tearing him up on many levels...We were on a trail ride together on an easy section and it took us most of the day to crawl the 30 miles or so..He never rode again... He spent the last decade of his life missing riding in a big way.. He did get some satisfaction riding an ATV in the woods but it wasn't the same..
My dad was a National level Enduro rider dating back to the late 60s..
I'm 53 now and have slowed down quite a bit...I'm sure my turn is coming..
