Got a 40 x 50, with a 20' porch (Roof is 40 x 70) to park camper, tractor under. I'm most likely gonna enclose the porch to make it 40 x 70. Go big.

Us folks that have some acreage can put these relatively large buildings up, guys in developements just drool at the room we have. Mine is on a 40 x 40 slab, 30 x 40 enclosed, the other 10 x 40 with a lean to type open wall roof. Bigger seems to always be better, I'm just glad I got 4 overhead doors and two entry doors, I just wish I had gotten one bay with taller than 12 foot ceilings for a lift.
Mine is 30x60. I added a lean-to carport on the upper end just for extra space.

Just closed on a house with a 30x40 pole barn with an additional 20 foot overhang. It doesn't look so big once the boat is in there, but it is still amazing coming from a single car garage. The guy also made a workshop that's probably 15x20 so that also cuts down on the space (I may tear it eventually). If I were building it, I would of skipped the overhang and make it the full 30 x 60.
