    Praying New Eyra Ordered

So on June 5th the dealer ordered my new Eyra. It's now the middle of August and still no boat. I was told 8-9 weeks for delivery. I have called BCB with zero response back, and I know that's not their role in this. Dealer told me it was scheduled to spray 8-6-17. That did not happen. Then I was told 8-11-17 that the schedule is for the middle of this week to spray and 14 working days to complete.

With that being said, I really don't want to sound upset what I do want to see if the BCB moderator has any insight on production schedules.

I don't have any idea about the production schedules. I do know, however that the Eyra production was behind, due to a very large number of Eyras being ordered starting this past spring, and on into the summer. That may well be the issue with your new Eyra not being done.

BCB has a policy to not communicate production dates with the ultimate consumers. Our first customer is our dealerships and we can't offend them by communicating with their consumers. They make plans on deliveries, rigging and prep we might not be aware of. We have one dealership now with 8 production orders in house and we don't always know who's is who's, let alone when they want them and with what. We will be very glad to communicate the position of your boat to your dealership.

Thanks for the response BCB. I would not have created this thread if I had good communication with my dealer. Thanks Again

I have an amazing dealer for BassCat's here in Tuscaloosa Alabama. Give Krystal or Lee a call at Hide-A-Way Harbor Marine. They make you feel like family and will go out of their way to ensure you get exceptional customer service !!!! 205 507-4993

Still waiting on my Eyra too. Sounds like I'm right behind yours so hurry up! Maybe we could go down and help, I have no skills but could bring some kick ass BBQ for lunch breaks to keep the guys moving

I'll second Don's post above. I have a 2016 Eyra from Hide-A-Way Harbor and I had no communications issues while I was impatiently waiting. Customer service was, and is, second to none.

Dennis I think the BBQ would be welcomed but I'm afraid it would slow progress.

Guys, Johnny White has served BBQ a few times here . Johnny is a Bass Cat owner and his restaurant was featured on Guy Fieri's show, Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives in Mission, Kansas, they also have a store in Olathe. We also have had consumers serve lunch from Whole Hog's original shop in Little Rock and KT's also.

It's not an expected thing and it is really over the top on those when it's happened. Though everyone here really enjoys BBQ and KT's is a local staple.

Johnny's a great guy and friend of the family so I couldn't agree more! Make sure and stop in if any of the BCB family is in Mission.

I had the pleasure of serving the crew at BCB some of that fine KT's BBQ. I'm almost certain it slowed production down. I'm waiting on a white and raspberry Caracal. I'm trying my hardest to be patient.

Waiting for a custom build is painful as all can be, and can also make one lose their mind, however; there will be light at the end of the tunnel, and it will be well worth it.

Don't no why it's so hard for some dealers to communicate with you. i ordered my boat and the only way I found out it was done well I seen it on BCB production Facebook some 2 weeks after it was done and then I called the dealer. I know they have a lot going on as well but a little feedback would be nice. You are spending a lot of your hard earn money here. Yes I also no customers can be a pain in the arse. Good luck just hang in there.

I talked to the dealer twice this week and he said he can't get a Jason to answer the phone or call him back. This may be the most irritating thing I have ever spent money on.
