Raymarine Axiom running 3d transducer and highspeed transducer

What can be used for a high speed transducer when the 3d transducer is having trouble reading on plane? Will the chirp be lost if I connect a airmar transducer to a y cable?

How many Raymarine units are you running just one?

P74 or P79 shoot thru transducer is your best high speed option. It will override the CHIRP Sonar when used in conjunction with the RV-100 with a "Y" cable on one unit.

But, if you have two units at the console, you can run one to a in hull and have it set up so to not lose the Chirp!

I like the idea of running two units. One axiom and one purely highspeed transducer. What units are able to be networked with the axiom?

Later this fall, Lighthouse 3 software will be available for legacy (a Series and eS Series) product. At that time, you can update their software and they will be compatible with Axiom. If you are starting from scratch, I'd suggest Axiom all around.
