What's the going rate for a used 10 foot power pole?
Based on the prices I've seen people asking....more than what you can get a new one for from some of our board sponsors.

I think 1200-1500 is fair for a decent one with pump?? aren't they 2500 new?

There are at least two board sponsors selling them for a fair bit less than the "advertised" retail price. I don't want to say who or what those prices are as I'm not sure whether Power Pole has MAP pricing or what, but it's easy to figure out (the sponsors' forum might be a good place to check!). Even if it works out to be more to buy new, seems like the warranty and knowing it's new would be worth a few extra bucks. It'd pay to contact them and ask before buying one.

I have seen them on Craigslist around here for $1,000 - $1,200 complete from time to time.
I would check with a board sponsor first to see what I could get a new one for. I hear that it is a very good price.

I have (2) 8 ft. blades and want and want to upgrade to 10 footers. Is it as simple as swapping out the poles? Can you buy just the poles or trade-in?
I just sold my 10 Ft blades for $2400. Probably could have got more but I felt that was a fair price.

The 10 foots will require a braced bracket set if you don't already have them, you will have to install the new pumps as well as 8 foot and 10 foot pumps are different.
