I have a 2005 Skeeter and the "Team" sticker has started to peel off so I want to go ahead and remove it entirely but the small portion that has come off is leaving a really bad outline. I tried some acetone on the small section and that did not remove it. Does anybody have any advice on how to remove the stickers and get the area looking new again?

You may wanna heat it then peel it off and use Goof Off to get the residue off. Follow buy wax....this is what I use on customers boats...

Do you think after I remove it and wax the area you will be able to see that a sticker was there?

Yes due to 12 years of fading
probably an outline so just buy another decal
I use the goof off as well and a pressure washer
Spray with WD-40 then use a hair dryer...an old credit card helps also...
